Many believe that keeping a record of your training and racing can be as beneficial as the training itself! You can do this on paper or in a log book but there are loads of high tech solutions out there from spreadsheets to online logs. Most of these include oodles of features to keep you asnalysing your running late into the night! A few are linked here...if you know of more please post them!
